How long is turnaround time for photography sessions?

Turn around time is typically 2-4 weeks from the date of the photo session.

Do you provide the original unedited raw image files?

I do not provide unedited raw images, as my service includes editing.

Will I have full ownership of the photos?

Yes, you will have the ownership and ability to post and print the images as you please. I will have creative rights to use images for marketing and portfolio purposes.

How will the photos be delivered?

Photos will be delivered digitally. You will receive a email or text that provides access to your personal digital gallery to download the photos.

What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

I understand life happens, weather changes, and unknowns come up. I am willing to reschedule until an hour before the planned session. Cancelations on request of the client less than 3 days before your scheduled shoot will forfeit booking deposit.

How long will it take to produce my video?

Preproduction can range from a few days to a few weeks. Production (filming) may be 1-3 days. After the filming date(s) post production can take from 2-5 weeks depending on type of videography service project.

Overall video production timeline can be at least 3-8 weeks.

How will I receive my video?

Delivery of video will be based on client request of digital or USB.

Do you film solo or have a team?

As a freelancer there are many projects I am able to film solo based on type of service. However, additional contracted videographer freelancers may be hired by me if requested or suggested for Wedding films, Event recaps, or Testimonials.

What types of content do you create?

I provide Photography, infographics, videography (capturing and/or editing), and blogs for your brand/business.

How do I measure the success of my content?
